Today the stock market fell despite good earnings reports from Bank of America, Google, and General Electric. In the afternoon news came out that the SEC is investigating Goldman Sachs for selling subprime instruments without disclosing to their buyers that they had an interest in a hedge fund that was shorting them.

Consumer confidence numbers came out this morning and showed a dip in expectations among consumers on jobs and income.

I just put together this quick video overview of the stock market for you. RSI is now above 70 for the S&P 500 which puts it into nose bleed overbought conditions.
