I believe the stock market is now overbought, although I do not think it is about to have any big correction over the short-term. In fact I don't think we'll see one start for at least another 3-6 weeks.

Last week the markets moved higher. I'm sure you know that. On Friday the unemployment numbers came out and showed a loss of only 36,000 jobs in February when economists were expecting somewhere between 50,000 and 70,000 to be lost. The market went up on Friday and CNBC would like you to think it was because of this news report.

Both of us are positive on the market for the next 4-6 weeks, but I'm a little bit more cautious about it after that than he is.

I actually did some selling and took some profits this week. If you'll remember I went long the very day the market put in a bottom in bottom in February. No I don't think the market is going collapse or something, I just took this position as a trade and wanted to make a base hit gain with it.

I'm now looking for the next trade to ling up. I talk about that in this really quick update.

This week not much has really happened in the stock market. Yes there has been bad news and a lot of scared and bearish talk on TV but the market has not really dropped. Yes we have seen the market open down several times, but it has managed to come back and surprise people. It has simply been range bound.
