He charges $700 a year and I twisted his arm to let you sign up for a $35 a month locked in special discount price. From a business standpoint there are problems making discounts. For one thing people get used to the cheaper price and ignore the normal price. Then there are people who signed up at higher prices that might get mad. So it can be a mess.
