Gold Bottomed Yet? - Mike Swanson (02/11/10)

This morning before the open gold is up $6.00. Gold and gold stocks reached very oversold conditions last week, while the dollar has become very overbought. It seems very likely we are going to see a nice rally occur in gold as a result over the next few weeks with some reversals in some very crowded currency trades.

The euro has the biggest short position in it ever so I wouldn't be surprised to see some shorts squeezed here.

I'm not the only one who is asking have metals and stocks bottomed? - and saying yes.
