Stephen Whiteside who runs a website called www.stockmarkettimingtelevision.com and lives in Toronto, Canada put out a video yesterday calling tops in all markets. The market was down yesterday so he says this means it is topping out and you need to think about selling.

Many people have been calling tops in the market unsuccessfully now for the past few months. In my view people shouldn't be obsessed about tops but thinking about buying on dips. The market is still in a bull run uptrend and it is very difficult to play countertrend to the market and make money. In fact it is best to keep an eye on the 50 hottest stocks.

The biggest mistake people make when it comes to the stock market is looking at every little day by day gyration and not just sticking with the long-term charts. It causes them to sell early and get shaken out over and over again.
